Halloween Treats for the kids

Alright so how many of you have seen the Halloween Treats for kids promotions while out & about lately? If you haven't I'll let ya know what I've seen so far. You will need to check locally since not all locations participate in these promotions. Typically they are for kids 12 & under, one coupon per purchase, valid starting Nov 1st & good until (McDonalds = Dec 31st, 2012) & (Wendy's = Feb 1, 2013) . Some fast food restaurants may allow redemption in drive thrus but if you don't have your child along be prepared that they have the right to refuse to accept the coupon.

Wendy's offers a Halloween Trick or Treat giftbook for $1 which contains 10 coupons each good for a Jr. Frosty 6 oz size FREE (one coupon per visit). Here's the background on this Wendy's Foundation fundraiser. http://www.davethomasfoundation.org/how-you-can-help/support-us-at-wendys/

McDonald's has their Halloween Treats Pack coupon books that contain 12 coupons.  The coupons are 3 each of the following items FREE:
  • a bag of Apple Slices
  • a small Apple Juice box or White milk jug
  • small Vanilla cone
  • a Hamburger

Participating Sonic Drive-Ins will be having Corn Dogs for just 50 cents on Halloween.

Outback Steakhouse is offering a free kids meal (10yrs old & under) with an Adult entree purchase & for a bonus deal with all the details click on their link  http://outback.com/menu/halloween_2012.aspx

I called my local IHOP to see if they knew of a Halloween promotion this year. They asked me to check back a bit closer as they didn't know so far. Last year they offered a free scary face pancake for the kids from 7am-10pm that they got to decorate with whipped topping mouth, strawberry nose, Oreo cookie eyes & candy corns on the side you could use as teeth hahahah.

No news yet from Denny's either but they are offering Kids Eat FREE Nights from 4pm-10pm one kids meal free with an adult entree purchase. You would need to check with your local Denny's restaurant to see what night/s it would be if they're participating near you.

Previous years saw deals like a free blackjack taco from Taco Bell 6p-midnight, Boo-ritos for costumed visitors at Chipotle. If you hear of any updates before I do please comment this post & check back before you head out so you don't miss out.
